Take Control of Text Size (I.E.)
Open browser, click on "Tools," then "Internet Options." Click on "Accessibility." Check "Ignore font sizes specified on webpages." Choose your text size by clicking on "View," and "Text Size." Then choose your size.
Visit the Google Labs Periodically
Go to Google Labs and see what's cooking.
Use Log In Password To Protect Folders
Right-click the folder you want private, choose "Properties." Click "Sharing" tab. Check, "Make This Folder Private." Click "Apply," and "Okay." You need to have a log in password for this to work.
What Screen Resolution Is My Computer Set To
Right click on blank part of desktop screen. Click on "Properties," and "Settings."
Pick Your Desktop Background From The Web
Right click any image on the Web and then click "Set as Background." If the image doesn't fit well, right click blank space on desktop. Click "Properties," then "Desktop" tab. Scroll to find your new image (Internet Explorer Wallpaper) and then click "Apply."
Add Additional Clocks in Your Taskbar (Vista)
Right click over clock in taskbar. Click on "Adjust Time/Date." Click on "Additional Clocks" tab. Pick one or two additional times.
