Comment:
Are you like me? Have you downloaded a plethora of mp3 songs to your CDs? Have you backed up your photographs and other files on CDs? Do you suffer from CD overload? Me too, and we've got a serious problem.
No, it's not the Recording Industry Association of America. What we need are labels on these silver bad boys. I don't think Magic Marker is going to cut it much longer. And CDs seem to get separated from their cases so labeling the cases doesn't help.

Use Your Own Images

A solution presents itself. Avery's AfterBurner CD labeling system provides a relatively painless way to organize all our CDs. The system comes with 20 labels and software that makes it simple to type in your song titles or other file names. You set the printer
to print and out pops your stick-on label.
Peel it off its backing and place it sticky side up on the "applicator".

Applicator

Then place your CD on top of that and press down. This is really the key to the whole operation. Free labeling software is available but without the applicator it's pretty difficult to apply the label properly. View the four step demo here. Warning: Putting the label on the information side of the CD is something to avoid.
There are all kinds of text effects and graphics to choose from. You may even import your own images to personalize your labels. Label finishes come in matte, glossy, clear and foil.
Conclusion: You will no longer have to play a CD to discover its contents.
